Followerwonk has now been acquired by SEOMoz. It was earlier last year when SEOMoz was able to acquire $18 million worth of funding from The Foundry Group and Ignition Partners. Shortly after that, a discussion for a possible acquisition was initiated by CEO Rand Fishkin with CEO Peter Bray of Followerwonk.
